About
the Certification Program
Post Assessment
The purpose of the post
assessment/case study practicum is to evaluate each participant’s
understanding of the RCC Certification Body of Knowledge. The courses
that require attendance will be prominently represented. If you understand
the test material for the individual courses, you will do well on
the post assessment.
You must have completed all of the required courses in the RCC
program in order to take the online Post Assessment. Please review
your transcript. This assessment is monitored and is provided
on a monthly or bimonthly basis at the University Training Facilities.
Please see the Schedule
for RCC Post Assessments.
The post assessment consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. Any
resources, such as GAP’s, Roles and Responsibilities, or training
materials from the Research Costing Compliance web site may be used. The monitor
will also be available for assistance.
Participants will have up to 3 and 1/2 hours to complete the assessment (many have finished before the alloted time).
You must achieve a passing score of 70% to receive credit for the
post assessment and to receive your RCC Program Certification.
