Certification Requirements

The RCC Curriculum includes 14 classes totaling 50 hours of training. Only 5 classes (totaling 25 hours) must be attended. The remaining 8 classes offer a test out option. Each participant must also complete a post assessment. The entire program must be completed within 12 months of enrollment.

Each participant will complete:

• a pre-assessment (optional)
  
• individual courses: 25 to 50 hours of required individual classroom training (5 to 14 courses, depending on participant’s current level of experience and knowledge)
  
• an online test for each course in the curriculum (except the Intro to RCC Cert Curriculum class)
  
• a post-assessment
  
• continuing education requirements
